Halloween ward activity 2008

This obviously happened a while ago, but I still have to update these pics so I can show off how cute my kids are! haha.
M(No.2) and I are lilo and stitch. When I found the Stich costume on sale, I thought it would be a great idea for me to become Lilo because I already had a Hawaiian dress that kind of looked like Lilo's. It was fun to pair up with M(No.2). M (No.1) was Rookie Lightning McQueen from Cars. that was what he wanted to be. This costume was so very expensive, but we didn't have a choice... I am happy that M (No.1) looked really cool in the costume. For sure M (No.2) will have to wear that next year. Of course he will. He also loves Cars, fortunately!

In Japan we don't do trick or treat, going around people's houses. We don't do that at all. But fortunately we had a Halloween activity going on in our ward (our Church) on the day of the Halloween. It was pretty fun! I was amazed some moms actually made all of their kids costumes by themselves. oh I wish I could do that!!

こちらはわたしたちの通っている教会で行われたハロウィンの活動の写真です。わたしとＭ(二男)はリロアンドスティッチ　長男はマックイーン。二人ともＤィズニーが好きみたいです。ふたりとも好きなキャラになれてよかったよかった。。。長男のコスチュームはめっちゃ高かったけど・・・二男のはセールでだいぶ安かったけどクオリティ高くてよかったけど。お友達も一緒に来てくれたりして楽しいハロウィンでした。
